Very enjoyable episode. Mystery, betrayal, and lightsaber duels, what’s not to love. Love Obi-wan asking how Anakin got there? I improvised.

Wow, what a great episode. Two great subplots. One which already develops the clones as characters and shows the betrayal of Slick, and another that's just a fun side duel with Ventress! This balances the spectacle with the depth really well!

Watching this in order made me realized that we never actually saw the first encounter between Ventress, Obi-Wan and Anakin (Or maybe we do, but not in the show if memory serves), and I feel like that's a missed chance.

Anayway, very solid episode, and Slick's point of view is very true. His actions aren't.

Plus, some very good Clone on Clone actions in this. And a decent Lightsaber duel with very good banter between Kenobi and Assaj.

So far, so good.

Whoa. Already have clones turning. Didn't see that coming.

I'm watching these in release date order so this is starting to make sense in terms of the plot of the movie. I still don't know why the Republic is on Christophsis in the first place. Hopefully "Cat and Mouse" will clear that up when I get to it.

I like the focus on the clones outside of battle. We get to see a lot of Rex and Cody, who seem like the two most important clones in the series. They interrogate a squad, which gives us a glimpse that these are more than just clones - that they are all individuals, with individual personalities.

The opinion of Slick (that the clones don't have much freedom) is an interesting one that might have some validity to it. At the end of the day, I think they are in good hands with Anakin and Obi-Wan, but perhaps there is something to his point of view.

alright, watching these two episodes before the movie, does make the opening of the movie make more sense...
