A little better than previous efforts, but plagued by two of the things that weakened the majority of this SW run: silly elements, here the Hoojibs, and nonsensical concepts more at home in superhero comics such as aliens with superpowers or, as in this issue, the ridiculous rainbow power rods or whatever they were.
