Always loved this episode. All the characters are on point and we get to see Yoda in action and inactive to show how both work. Also, this is why Yoda is a master.

And Season 1 starts off with a banger. Yoda is a general, a general for Godsakes, and he's used RIGHT. You'd think Yoda as a general would a horrible and uncharacteristic approach but it actually works well here, much better than the Prequels. Ventress is interesting as well, and so are the clones. The Toydarians are still dumb but there less important here than Supply Lines.

The Droid banter was a bit annoying, but I loved the Yoda stuff.

I like how the Clone Wars Yoda is a perfect balanced between the old warrior of the prequels and the crazy but wise imp of the OT.

This episode was okay but still not one of the great ones.

Next is the "Malevolence" arc and if memory serves, I didn't like it when I first saw it. Let's see if I change my mind.

The battle droids are funny, and Yoda is a badass! What a fun episode!

This is an excellent series debut. Not only does it feature Yoda as the main character, who hasn't had the spotlight in any Canon material prior to this, it shows what this series can accomplish. Yoda encapsulates it best by admiring the Toydarian moon - "Beautiful, this moon, is. Amazing, the universe, is." With this series, the Star Wars universe will be much more expansive as we get to know each location in a much more involved way than the feature films have time for.

Yoda using the force to turn that super battle droid on the other droids was so cool. My least favorite part about the series thus far (I've only seen the film and this episode up to this point), is the juvenile humor of the B1 battle droids. Their silly banter pulls me out of the show so fast, as it reminds me this a show for kids. Good shows toy that line between kids and all audiences, but these droids are blatant about this being a kids show.

I like seeing Yoda actually getting involved...
